Apple Zouk 32

The Zouk 32 apple, is a modern apple variety developed by Zouk Ltd. in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, from a cross between Rubinstep and Nicoter.

 It's a striking bi-colour apple with an intense red-pink blush that covers over 80% of the fruit's surface. It has clear lenticels (small dots) on a light green-yellow background, often with subtle, star-shaped light green stripes radiating from the stem.

 Zouk 32 is highly prized for its crisp, firm, and especially juicy flesh, It has a good balance of sweet and sour, with the acidic notes being slightly more pronounced, giving depth to its flavor profile. It also has a moderate, apple-like aroma.

This variety boasts a natural tolerance against apple scab.

Zouk 32 apples have good storage potential, keeping well in general refrigeration.
