Winter pear with a uniquely attractive appearance, excellent taste and high resistance to disease and frost.

Easy to grow suitable for Organic growing.

Vigour: moderate, canopy shape broadly pyramidal, sparse

Blossom: the flowering period is March - April, the flowers and young fruits are reasonably resistant to late spring frosts. Cross-pollinate variety, for pollination needs another pear blooming at the same time.

Fruits: very nice in appearance, large to very large, average weight 220 - 250 g. They have an interesting egg to cubic shape. The peel is greenish-yellow at harvest time.Golden-yellow when ready to eat. 

Pulp: creamy yellow to light yellow, dense, crunchy, juicy and aromatic

Taste: excellent sweet and sour, unique and unmistakable

Harvest season: early october

Storage: can be stored in a natural storage until February, in refrigerator until April

Yield: high and regular even under poor growing conditions. Early yield onset, already in the 3rd - 4th year after planting.
