Jolanta' grows vigorously, typically reaching 1.5–1.8 m in height, although in a favorable location it can reach up to 2 m. It forms an upright, loose, spherical crown. The leaves are oval, green, slightly bluish underneath, and softly hairy when young. Creamy-yellow flowers appear in April.

Jolanta' berries are among the largest among haskap berries – elongated, cylindrical, reaching 2.5–3 cm in length and weighing approximately 1.5–2 g. They have navy-blue skin covered with a waxy coating and soft, juicy flesh. They have a sweet-sour, aromatic flavor. They are excellent both for fresh consumption and for processing – juices, jams, drying, or freezing. A mature bush can yield an average of up to 4 kg of berries. They ripen early – from late May to the first half of June.
